I’m a Visual artist who enjoys many medias but painting is my love. I’m based in Barre MA and enjoy creating my own works of art as well as doing commissioned work and Farming. I also enjoy large scale work and murals. I graduated from Clark University in 2017 where I double majored in Studio Art and Biology. This has lead to a career path as a Farmer and an Artist.
My art experience consists of painting two murals at the Worcester County Food Bank and teaching art at the Boys and Girls Club of Worcester. My teaching experience gave me the skills of how to design effective lessons, how to work with a variety of personalities, especially how to work with kids, flexibility, and how to remain calm. While my freelance painting experience has given me an understanding of how to work by myself, how to be a client and how to work as an artist. Also, my Bachelor’s of Art degree, in which I studied Studio art, has provided me with the skills to be a visual artist but has also given me hands on gallery experience. For a year I was in a class that managed the gallery spaces at Clark University where we juried, curated and installed individual and group exhibitions. I’ve also had the pleasure of being in “Parallels” a show that aimed at bringing Worcester Artists to Lowell.
